What are the payment options?
Payment is done through PayPal invoice. After you contacting to schedule a consultation, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address. After you complete the payment, your consultation will be booked.
How is the consultation done?
Can I cancel?
No, you cannot cancel after the payment is done, so please be sure you really want to have a consultation.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you can. To re-schedule, please contact me up to 24 hours before the original consultation.
I have a problem with Zoom. What can I do?
Please provide your Skype username, so we can proceed the consultation through Skype.
Is the consultation confidential?
Everything discussed during the consultation is absolutely confidential. A code of ethics will also be provided after payment is completed.
What if I don’t know my exact time of birth?
Without the exact birth time, a consultation cannot be done. What you can do, is contacting the corresponding authorities/organisations from your country of birth (hospital or commune).
My mother gave me an approximate birth time, is that good?
No. The birth time from the mother’s memory is not reliable. Please contact the corresponding authorities/organisations from your country of birth (hospital or commune).
Can we look at an additional person’s chart in our consultation?
No. We can talk about the other persons during our consultation, but we will not work with their natal charts.
I want to have a consultation about my son/daughter. Is that possible?
That is possible, as long as the child is minor age. For a consultation like this, we will only do the Mini Natal Chart Reading (€30/30min).
I only have a small question. Can you answer this question without having to book a consultation?
No. I am sorry I cannot help you with that. I only offer proper professional astrology readings, not casual astrology advice.
